Common questions
You create a transaction with agreed terms, the buyer funds it, the seller completes it, and the protected funds are released when the agreed condition is met.
Sign in, open your dashboard and choose Create transaction. Add the other person, the amount, what is being exchanged and when funds should be released.
Open the transaction and choose to secure the payment. You will see the amount, the protection fee and the total before confirming.
When the agreed release condition is met and the buyer approves the delivery, the protected funds are released to the seller.
Open the transaction and choose Open a dispute. Explain what happened and add supporting evidence while the funds remain protected.
A transaction can be cancelled before it is funded. After funding, cancellation follows the agreed transaction terms.
Released funds appear in your RACE wallet, where you can request a withdrawal to your saved payout details.
Protected means the buyer has paid and RACE is holding the money against the agreed release condition. It is not with the seller yet.
RACE is designed for exactly that: clear written terms, a protected payment and a review step before funds are released.
The seller submits a delivery description plus any proof such as photos, tracking or handover notes for the buyer to review.
